Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a highly experienced industrial designer to join our award-winning team of industrial designers. You have a broad skill set and an excellent ability to shape new business opportunities. In addition, to be a good fit for the role of Industrial Design Manager, we believe that you:

• Have 8+ years of work experience within product development of physical products.
• Have a passion for driving development within industrial design or design engineering.
• Have extensive experience in sales and business development.
• Have a genuine passion for co-creative processes and like working in cross-functional teams.
• Have the mindset and skills to find the sweet spot where human needs, environmental impact, societal benefits, and business value meet.
• Have an entrepreneurial and curious mindset.
• Have experience in leading innovation projects.
• Have experience working as a consultant.
• Are comfortable and motivated to lead, build, and inspire teams.
• Are a skilled and organised manager.

What will you be doing?
As a Industrial Design Manager in EGGS, you will contribute to setting the agenda for your design discipline and play an essential role in developing the business and client projects. A few examples of things you might be doing are:

• Planning, selling, and leading product development and innovation projects in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Facilitating processes with colleagues, clients, and users to ensure the solutions are co-created and firmly anchored.
• Contributing with your competence to develop, support, and inspire your team.
• Ensuring the quality of our deliveries.
• Collaborating with leaders across competencies to create holistic and impactful design deliveries.
• Representing EGGS and the industrial design field internally and externally at events, presentations, and forums.
• Being responsible for building and developing client relationships
• Leading projects through all phases – from insights to development and implementation
• Have project manager responsibilities, such as allocation, budget, and client contact.
